Express service is available for all orders within Australia and takes 1 to 3 business days to arrive after dispatch. This service will be sent via Australia Express Post.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details.

If you are located outside of Australia we offer :

Delivery once dispatched is between 5 to 14 business days (shipping may take longer to some countries). Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details.

Once your order arrives in your country, it will be passed on to your local post office to complete. We recommend contacting your local post office directly if you experience any problems with the delivery of your order.

All international orders require a phone number for delivery and cannot be delivered to your PO Box or hotel, so please use a private address only.

 Processing and Delivery Times:

Orders usually take an approximate processing time of 1 to 2 days to be dispatched. This timeframe does not take into account delays which are out of our hands, including international shipping delays, public holiday periods etc. 

The processing period does not include the timeframe it may take for you to receive your order, once you obtain a tracking number.

Please allow up to 2 weeks before contacting us.

Shipping is a service that Australia Post and DHL will use once your order has been dispatched.

Will I have to pay for customs and duties?

Shipping internationally means that you may be required to pay customs. All international customers are responsible for customs and duties within their respective country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

When will I receive tracking information?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number.
If you do not receive your tracking number once dispatched within 7 business days, please contact us.

Do I have to pay for shipping my return?

Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer:

  • If you change your mind.
  • The product does not meet the customer's expectations.
  • The selected size does not fit the customer's measurements.
Return delivery costs will be the responsibility of Island Made:
  • If the item is faulty (this does not include defects in measurements, colour or differences in patterns of pattern designs).
  • That the product received was the wrong item.
  • The size sent is not the same size you purchased.

If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund, we recommend sending via a traceable posting method.
